[이용약관]

제 1조 (목적)
이 약관은 슈가바이브 (이하 "회사")가 제공하는 광고 영상 생성 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 회원 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제 2조 (용어의 정의)
"회원"이라 함은 본 약관에 동의하고 회사와 서비스 이용계약을 체결한 자를 말합니다."크레딧"이라 함은 회원이 결제를 통해 구매하여 서비스 내 영상 생성 등에 사용할 수 있는 가상의 사용 권한 단위를 말합니다.

제 3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)
본 약관은 서비스 화면에 게시하거나 기타의 방법으로 회원에게 공지함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.회사는 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 개정 시 회원에게 공지합니다.

제 4조 (회원 가입 및 계정 관리)
회원 가입은 회사가 정한 절차에 따라 이용자가 신청하고, 회사가 이를 승낙함으로써 성립합니다.회원은 계정 및 비밀번호를 타인에게 양도하거나 공유할 수 없습니다.

제 5조 (서비스 이용)
회원은 크레딧을 구매하여 서비스 내 영상 생성, 미리보기 등 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다.회사는 기술적 사양, 운영 정책에 따라 서비스 제공 범위를 조정할 수 있습니다.

제 6조 (결제 및 환불 규정)
회원은 회사가 제공하는 결제 수단(신용카드, 간편결제 등)을 통해 크레딧을 구매할 수 있습니다.「전자상거래법」 제17조에 따라, 회원은 결제일로부터 7일 이내에 청약철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 단, 이미 크레딧을 사용하여 영상 생성 등 서비스가 제공된 경우 해당 부분은 환불이 제한됩니다.환불 및 결제 취소는 고객센터(이메일: wbfl06@gmail.com)를 통해 신청해야 하며, 회사는 접수일로부터 3영업일 이내에 처리합니다.정기 결제(구독) 상품은 갱신일 이전에 해지 의사를 표시하지 않으면 자동으로 갱신됩니다. 결제 후 해지 시 환불은 다음 결제일부터 적용됩니다.

제 7조 (서비스 이용 제한)
회원이 다음 각 호에 해당하는 경우 회사는 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.
1. 불법·부적절한 광고
2. 콘텐츠 생성타인의 권리 침해(저작권, 초상권 등)
3. 서비스 운영 방해 행위

제 8조 (면책 조항)
회사는 천재지변, 서버 장애 등 불가항력적인 사유로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.회사는 회원이 생성한 광고물의 적법성, 적합성에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.제 9조 (준거법 및 관할)본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따르며, 분쟁 발생 시 회사 본사 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 제1심 관할법원으로 합니다.

[Terms of Use, Refund Policy]

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Use are intended to regulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and its members in relation to the use of the advertising video creation service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by SugaVibe (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

Article 2 (Definition of Terms) "Member" refers to a person who has agreed to these Terms of Use and entered into a service use agreement with the Company. "Credit" refers to a virtual usage right unit that a member can purchase through payment and use for video creation, etc. within the Service.

Article 3 (Validity and Changes to Terms and Conditions)
These Terms and Conditions shall become effective upon posting on the service screen or notifying members through other means. The Company may revise the Terms and Conditions to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws and regulations, and shall notify members of any revisions.

Article 4 (Membership Registration and Account Management)
Membership registration is established when a user applies for membership in accordance with the procedures established by the Company and the Company approves the application. Members may not transfer or share their account and password with others.

Article 5 (Service Use)
Members can purchase credits to use features within the service, such as video creation and previews. The company may adjust the scope of service provision based on technical specifications and operating policies.

Article 6 (Payment and Refund Policy)
Members can purchase credits using payment methods provided by the company (credit cards, simple payment, etc.). Pursuant to Article 17 of the Electronic Commerce Act, members may request cancellation of their subscription within seven days of the payment date. However, if credits have already been used to provide services, such as video creation, refunds for that portion are restricted Refunds and cancellations must be requested through the Customer Center (email: wbfl06@gmail.com), and the company will process requests within three business days of receipt. Subscription products automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. If you cancel after payment, your refund will be applied from the next payment date.

Article 7 (Restrictions on Service Use) If a member falls under any of the following, the company may restrict service use or terminate the contract: 1). Illegal or inappropriate advertising 2). Content creation that infringes on the rights of others (copyright, portrait rights, etc.) 3). Interference with service operation

Article 8 (Disclaimer) The Company is not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters or server failures. The Company is not responsible for the legality or suitability of advertisements created by members. Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and in the event of a dispute, the court with jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters shall be the court of first instance.
