개인정보 처리방침
슈가바이브(이하 "회사")는 「개인정보보호법」 및 관련 법령을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 안전하게 보호하기 위하여 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 및 방법
회원가입 시필수: 이메일, 비밀번호, 이름(닉네임)선택: 프로필 이미지
결제 시필수: 결제정보(결제사에서 제공하는 결제 식별값), 구매내역, 환불 기록
※ 신용카드번호, 계좌번호 등 민감한 결제정보는 회사가 직접 저장하지 않고, PG사(토스페이먼츠, paddle, Stripe 등)를 통해서만 처리됩니다.
서비스 이용 시업로드한 이미지/영상, 생성 로그, 접속 IP, 쿠키, 기기정보
2. 개인정보의 수집·이용 목적
회원 식별 및 로그인 관리서비스 제공 및 영상 생성/저장결제, 환불 및 정산 처리고객 상담 및 불만 처리서비스 품질 개선 및 신규 서비스 개발법령 준수 및 부정 사용 방지
3. 개인정보의 보관 및 이용기간
회원 탈퇴 시 즉시 삭제단, 관련 법령에 따라 다음의 경우 일정 기간 보관전자상거래 기록(계약·결제·배송): 5년소비자 불만 및 분쟁처리 기록: 3년접속 기록(IP 등): 3개월
4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공 및 처리
위탁회사는 원칙적으로 이용자의 개인정보를 외부에 제공하지 않습니다.다만, 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같이 업무를 위탁할 수 있습니다.
결제 처리: 토스페이먼츠, paddle, Stripe클라우드/스토리지: AWS, Cloudflare 등AI 처리: Replicate, OpenAI 등 API 제공사
5. 개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법
보관기간이 경과하거나 처리 목적이 달성된 경우 지체 없이 파기합니다.전자적 파일 형태: 복구 불가능한 방법으로 영구 삭제종이 문서: 분쇄 또는 소각 처리
6. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다.회사는 요청을 받은 즉시 필요한 조치를 합니다.
7. 쿠키(Cookie)
운영회사는 맞춤형 서비스 제공을 위해 쿠키를 사용할 수 있습니다.이용자는 브라우저 설정을 통해 쿠키 저장을 거부할 수 있습니다.

Consumer complaints and dispute resolution records: 3 years. Access records (IP, etc.): 3 months.
4. Provision of personal information to third parties and processing consignment companies do not, in principle, provide users' personal information to external parties.
